Lord Lytton visits UKLC

We were honoured to meet Lord Lytton at the NCALC AGM on Saturday. The event focused on the increasing importance of local councils and the need to build their capacity to contribute to the 'communities in action' agendas being set by government. In particular local councils will be required to work in partnership with local authorities to develop innovative new ways of delivering services to the communities that they serve.

Lord Lytton was interested to hear how UK Local Councils has been developed in partnership with local authorities to 'join up' online information and service delivery across the three tiers of local government.
