Charlotte Stoneman

Charlotte has previously worked as an Operations & Sales Manager within Student Accommodation. She is passionate about providing excellent customer service and endeavours to ensure that calls are answered within three rings. Charlotte meets and greets our customers when they visit us and goes out of her way to solve customer queries within the shortest possible time. If your query is not something that Charlotte can deal with directly, she will transfer you to someone who can help or will ensure that someone returns your call as soon as possible.

Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys going to gigs and festivals and spending time with her husband and cats.
